Frequently asked questions

What is the maximum PDF size?

Up to 200 MB per file. For very large textbooks, we recommend uploading one chapter at a time for better flashcard quality.

Does it work with scanned PDFs?

Scanned PDFs (images of pages) require OCR, which is available on the Pro plan. Text-based PDFs work on all plans.

How many flashcards will it generate?

Typically 10–30 cards per PDF chapter, depending on the density of the content. You can edit or delete cards after generation.

Can I edit the generated flashcards?

Yes. You can edit the question and answer of any card, delete cards you don't need, and add your own.
