This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected and processed by Almanac ("Almanac") when you use our mobile applications (the "App").

We update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, depending on the specific changes, provide additional notice or require renewed consent.

Collection of Information

Information we collect automatically

When you access or use the App, we automatically collect:

Log Information: Type of device, features used, access times, IP address.
Device Information: Device manufacturer, model, OS, time zone, language.
Device Identifiers: IDFA, Google Ads ID, Game Center ID.
Usage Information: App progress, scores, achievements.
Consumption Information: In-app purchases and virtual goods.

Information from other sources

If you log in using Facebook, Apple Game Center, or Google Sign-In, we access your screen name, profile information, and friend lists as authorized by that platform. Learn more:

Use of Information

We use your information to:

Provide and maintain the App and related services
Send technical notices, updates, and support messages
Personalize and improve the App experience
Monitor usage trends and analyze activities
Serve personalized advertisements (with your consent)

Processing is based on contract performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)), and consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) where applicable.

Storage of Information

We store your personal data as long as necessary to provide the App or fulfill the purposes described above. Data is deleted or anonymized no later than three (3) years after your interaction with Almanac has ceased, unless required by law to retain it longer.

Sharing of Information

We may share your data with:

Social networks (if you use social sharing features)
Authorities, if required by law or to protect rights and safety
Advertising networks (with your consent) — including MoPub, Facebook, Google, Unity, Vungle, AppLovin, TikTok
Service providers: Tenjin, Firebase, Appfigures

We do not sell your personal data for money. To the extent any disclosure constitutes a "sale" under CCPA, contact us to withdraw consent.

Children

Security

Almanac takes reasonable measures to protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access.

Push Notifications

We may send push notifications for app updates and promotions if you have opted in. You can disable notifications in your device settings at any time.
